Graham was psyched, though I still feel partial to Plan Toys over Playmobil. Fortunately, Uncle Danny bought G some Plan figures. So far they have been used to terrorize G's community of Hot Wheels. Giant people, little cars- what more could a boy want?
Well, yes. Maybe a boy could also want a bicycle. Santa fulfilled that request.
Maeve got this kick ass ball which I've been waiting for an excuse to buy for years. Maeve agrees that it's the most awesome toy ever and officially makes Haba the king of toys. Or Queen.
Maeve also received the Little Peanut doll from Manhattan Toys, a ball I scored at the resale shop, and a Taggie. Oh, and a worm from Plan that you can kind of see there off in the corner. It bends in many directions and is lots of fun for mommy to play with AND I found it at the resale shop.
When Graham was a munchkin on his first Christmas Santa brought him a hooded towel. It's a monster. Santa is a sentimental old chap so be brought Maeve one too- it's an owl.
Graham was pretty into the opening of gifts this year. It is very satisfying to rip paper and say "Wow", you know? He kept standing next to the tree asking "One more?"
Maeve didn't really get it, of course. She did give all of her presents the obligatory taste test, though.
The bike totally stole the show so it seems appropriate that it ends this post.
