Portland Children's Museum

G and I have had lots of time together lately as he's been sick, but today he was back to his normal self so we headed out to PCM after nap with Brent and Maeve in tow!

The water works wasn't our first stop but it was where I finally pulled out the camera. He was pretty engrossed in the conveyor belt pictured above.

He put a small toy he found on the conveyor belt and attempted to move it upwards. The first few tries failed as it took some time for him to figure out which way to move the wheel that operates the conveyor belt.

Eventually, he got it! Up went the toy!

Then it dropped into the funnel.

Success clearly meant that it was time to move on. Graham headed to a sprayer and coerced his dad into helping him build a long tube off of the sprayer.

Then it was time for some shopping. The grocery area is Graham's favorite part of PCM- even over the construction pit and train table.

The day must have been fun. Graham was in bed without a peep by 7:30. Even after we stopped for sugar filled treats on the way home!
